Application

Apply to build your Custom App on Empire OS.

The application is the conversation. Submit it, and within 24 hours you receive a tier recommendation memo with scope, pricing, timeline, and a Stripe checkout link — or an honest "not yet, start here instead." We do not run sales calls at any price point.

Architect-direct. Every application is reviewed by Shanté Micah personally — the practitioner who ran Brand Awareness for a billion-dollar brand and is now installing the agentic version of the function inside brands at every stage.

Who this application is calibrated for

This page is not for everyone. The application is calibrated for six operator profiles. If you don't recognize yourself in one of them, the right next move is probably one of the other surfaces — the monthly Good News AI seat, Strategic Glow, the Lifetime tier, or staying inside the field-note rhythm until the timing is right.

If you are an operator who wants the foundational install — a one-day intensive that builds your Authority Architecture inside Empire OS, ships your first Custom App scaffold, and hands you the runbook to operate it — the application is the right next step. The Workshop is sized for operators who want speed-to-foundation without committing to the full install yet.

If you are a coach, consultant, or advisor running a 6-figure practice and you want the business-coaching layer — the cohort that turns your IP into a productized authority engine you can scale — the application is the right next step. Strategic Glow is the business-coaching surface; Custom App on Empire OS comes with it for cohort members at install scope.

If you are the founder of a $200K – $500K solo practice with twenty years of real IP scattered across Drive folders, your own head, and the AI tools producing generic outputs because they don't know you yet — the application is the right next step. The bottleneck is not throughput. The bottleneck is canonical authority. The Custom App built on Empire OS backbone fixes that.

If you are the principal of a 1 – 3 person firm where the IP lives in senior heads, new hires onboard slowly, and brand quality drops as you scale because the firm's voice is not yet a substrate the team can draw from — the application is the right next step. The capacity unlock is the senior practitioner's time, returned to strategy.

If you are the CMO or Chief Brand Officer running a 3 – 5 person marketing function plus an agency-of-record plus a tooling stack at a $10M – $100M brand, and your AI tools are making the output worse instead of better because there is no operating layer underneath them — the application is the right next step. Your team isn't underperforming; the architecture they inherited was correctly built for a discovery surface that no longer exists.

If you are running a 10 – 20 person Brand Awareness function at a billion-dollar brand, paying $100K-a-month to a PR partner, with internal budgets to match, and you can see the AI Discovery Economy hardening around the brands who got there first — the application is the right next step. The architect of this category personally ran your exact function with your exact costs at billion-dollar brand scale. The agentic version is what gets installed.

If you read all six and none of them is you, the application is not the right next move. The monthly Good News AI seat ($99 – $149/mo) at goodnewsai.org, the Lifetime tier at goodnewsai.org/founding, or the field-note rhythm at /notes are the right surfaces. The substrate window is real. There is no urgency theater here.

What this is — and what it isn't

It IS a serious application. You spend 5 – 10 minutes filling it out. Within 24 hours, you receive a tier recommendation memo via email — recommended tier, install scope, pricing (transparent), timeline, what you'll need to bring, deposit terms (if applicable), and a Stripe checkout link. You decide. If you accept, you check out. The contract auto-sends. Calendly schedules your install kickoff Zoom. The architect's first time on a call with you is the day work begins.

It IS the close. The application + the tier recommendation memo + Stripe checkout = three explicit consent moments that replace the standard sales cycle. We compress what most premium consulting firms drag across 6 months into 24 – 72 hours.

It IS procurement-defensible. The memo is sized to circulate inside your org — your CFO, your CEO, your procurement team can review it. The substitution math is in your hands before any deposit moves.

It IS NOT a discovery call. We do not do those.

It IS NOT a sales pitch. We do not do those either.

It IS NOT a "let me convince you" conversation. The body of work — the Belief Stack architecture, the Public Displaced Cost Reference, the contributing pieces, the forthcoming book — is the convincing. The application is your demonstration that you read it, recognized yourself, and decided to act. Live human conversation is reserved for delivery, not for selling.

It IS NOT a free consulting session. We do not give strategic guidance away on a qualification call because there is no qualification call.

Why we don't do sales calls

The architect's time is the architecture. Every hour spent qualifying a prospect is an hour not spent installing the operating layer for an existing client. There is no leverage gain from inserting a sales layer; the leverage gain comes from installing the Custom App once and maintaining the Empire OS platform on retainer. The body of work + the application is the conversation. If you need to be convinced in a call, this isn't the right architecture for you yet — and that is honest, not exclusionary.

The trade is real and explicit: we give up the buyers who want a high-touch sales process. We get back the architect's full calendar for delivery. The buyers who self-close on the application + memo are the buyers whose installs land cleanest, ship fastest, and renew longest.

What happens after you apply

Within 24 hours: A tier recommendation memo arrives in your inbox. The memo names:

  • The recommended tier — Workshop, Strategic Glow cohort, or Custom App on Empire OS at Solo / Practice / Brand / Authority install scope
  • The specific install scope — what gets built for your operating layer needs
  • The install fee — transparent in the memo (not on this page; the right number for your function is the wrong number for someone else's)
  • The ongoing Empire OS platform retainer — what it costs to keep the operating layer running
  • The timeline — typically 14-day install runbook, adapted for your operating reality
  • What you'll need to bring — IP audit access, decision-maker time, integration credentials, etc.
  • Deposit terms (premium tier) — typically 50% upfront via Stripe at memo acceptance; balance per contract
  • Stripe checkout link — embedded directly in the memo, valid for 30 days
  • A 30-day validity window — after that, the memo expires and you re-apply if your timeline shifts

Or: an honest "you're not ready for install yet — start here instead" — recommending Good News AI monthly, Lifetime, Strategic Glow as a fit, or "wait until [milestone]." We tell you when this is not the right next move. That is the highest-trust signal we can send.

You decide. No follow-up calls. No nurture sequence designed to push you over. The memo lives in your inbox; you act on it or you don't. We send a soft reminder at Day 7 and Day 14 if you haven't acted; the memo expires at Day 30. You can re-apply any time after that.

If you accept: Click the Stripe checkout link in the memo. Pay the deposit (premium tier) or full Workshop / Strategic Glow fee. Stripe confirms; the contract auto-sends for signature via DocuSign. Once signed, Calendly schedules your install kickoff Zoom — that is the architect's first time on a call with you, and it is delivery orientation, not selling.

If you decline or ghost: No pressure. No "what's holding you back?" follow-up. The memo expires at 30 days; you re-apply when timing changes.

What you receive

A Custom App built on Empire OS backbone. You own the App + your IP; Empire OS is the platform underneath. The Custom App is the surface your team interacts with, branded and configured to your operating reality. Empire OS is the agentic substrate, the canonical IP container, the integration plane, and the maintenance layer — running underneath your App on retainer.

Specific scope per recommended tier:

  • Workshop — One-day intensive that builds your Authority Architecture foundation inside Empire OS, ships your first Custom App scaffold, and hands you the operating runbook. Sized for operators who want a fast foundation before committing to full install.
  • Strategic Glow — Cohort-based business coaching layer + Custom App on Empire OS for cohort members. The cohort teaches you how to operate the App; the App is the leverage you take into the rest of your business.
  • Solo install — Custom App + canonical IP container + voice profile + agent stack calibrated for a $200K – $500K solo practice. 14-day install runbook.
  • Practice install — Solo scope + multi-seat team configuration + onboarding-substrate so new hires absorb the firm's voice from Day 1. 14-day install runbook.
  • Brand install — Practice scope + integration with your existing marketing function (CMS, CRM, agency stack, PR partner) + KPI dashboards calibrated to brand-authority outcomes. 14-day install runbook with longer integration tail.
  • Authority install — Brand scope + enterprise integration plane + multi-tenant configuration if you operate across business units + executive briefing cadence with the architect. 14-day install runbook + ongoing strategic retainer with the architect.

The 14-day install runbook adapted for your operating reality. The runbook is not pre-templated; the architect calibrates it to your function during the install based on your application + your contracts + your stack.

Ongoing Empire OS platform access + agentic operations. Once installed, your Custom App runs on Empire OS on retainer. The agents, the integrations, the canonical IP container, and the maintenance layer all stay live. You operate the App; we maintain the platform.

The contractual commitments. Every install ships with a no-refund + IP-ownership + reversibility triad in writing. You own your canonical IP, your agent definitions, your voice profile. You can leave at any retainer renewal — the Custom App and the IP travel with you. No vendor lock-in dressed up as enterprise SaaS.

The architect

The application goes to the architect, not a sales rep. There are no sales reps. There is no pipeline of account executives. There is no funnel of inside salespeople qualifying you before you reach a senior person. The architect reviews every application herself within 24 hours.

Shanté Micah ran Brand Awareness for a billion-dollar brand. Team of ten-plus people. $100K-a-month PR partner retainer with full-time internal management from her. Internal budgets to match. SharePoints and one-sheets as 2020-era tooling. The output was so different from baseline that a colleague on the executive team called it black magic.

It wasn't black magic. It was structure. The team treated brand authority as an operating layer underneath the work, not as a series of campaigns sitting on top of it. The IP was canonical. The voice was canonical. The story selection was canonical. Every output drew from one source rather than being re-derived from scratch every quarter.

That structure required ten people manually because there was no agentic substrate to host it. There is now.

The application goes to the practitioner who ran the manual function before AI made the productization possible — and is now installing the agentic version inside brands at every stage. Architect of Empire OS. Author, AI and Authority (forthcoming 2027).

The reason there is no sales rep: the architect's time is the architecture. The application carries the qualification work; the body of work carries the conviction work; the architect's calendar carries delivery. That is the only architecture that scales without diluting what gets delivered.

Our 24-hour promise

Every application receives an auto-acknowledgment within minutes of submission and a tier recommendation memo (or honest alternate-path recommendation) within 24 hours of submission. Every time. We do not delay. We do not ghost. We do not put applications in a pipeline to drip-nurture later.

If 24 hours pass without a memo in your inbox, email hello@shantemicah.com. Something broke; we will fix it. We track this SLA internally as the highest-priority operational metric on the application surface.
